Training Administrator responsible for Logistics (Bilingual English-French)

Reporting to the Coordination Manager, a training administrator provides logistical and administrative support to the Delivery of Intercultural Effectiveness Training Interventions that Graybridge Malkam is contracted to deliver.


We are seeking a highly organized, detailed-oriented individual who is good at multi-tasking in a team environment, enjoys administrative work and functions well under pressure.

Main responsibility:

To organize the logistical aspects of multiple training courses in collaboration with content and delivery specialists, clients and participants.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to client training requests in collaboration with content specialists;
  • Registering course participants and making travel and accommodation arrangements for participants authorized to travel;
  • Compiling participant course materials;
  • Confirming all logistic arrangements associated with courses (e.g. training facility, catering, audio-visual requirements, etc.);
  • Booking facilitators and subject matter experts from available networks and databases, and assigning them to courses; and
  • Maintaining and updating files and databases with current and accurate information on course and service delivery data and activities, including client, participant, resource, logistical and financial data.

Candidate must have:

  • Diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution;
  • Ability to communicate in both English and French with a high degree of proficiency;
  • A minimum of two (2) years experience administering education or training interventions or office administration; and
  • Extensive computer experience including word processing, data entry and Internet and e-mail usage.

Adult Educators Needed for Intercultural Effectiveness Training on Afghanistan

Graybridge Malkam is looking for experienced adult educators, on a contractual basis, who have lived and worked in Afghanistan or one of its neighbouring countries to deliver workshops in intercultural effectiveness.

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Experience delivering full-day and multi-day courses/workshops in intercultural effectiveness;
  • Experience living and working in Afghanistan or in a country neighbouring Afghanistan;
  • Experience working with government departments and agencies representing Canada abroad;
  • Ability to facilitate in English and/or French;
  • Qualifications in adult education (some certification may be required).

French Instructors

Graybridge Malkam is seeking qualified French as a Second Language instructors to coach highly motivated professionals on a one-to-one and small group basis.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant area
  • At least two years' relevant teaching experience
  • A relevant teaching certificate
  • A good understanding of adult teaching methods and andragogy
  • Knowledge of foreign languages and cultures
  • The ability to teach all four language competencies
  • Experience teaching in a workplace setting
  • An engaging personality and enthusiastic demeanor
