Working overseas is demanding. Those who work overseas often face high expectations
and difficult situations. Graybridge Malkam offers a range of Training and Facilitation Services for international development professionals and youth embarking on careers in
international development through Canadian federal government ministries and agencies, non-governmental organizations and the private sector.
Graybridge Malkam has a strong and diverse team of trainers and facilitators who are subject matter experts in intercultural effectiveness for international development professionals.
Our team members have an in-depth understanding of participatory and learner-centered approaches to training. Moreover, their constant contact with some of Canada’s most dynamic and internationally
experienced professionals makes them highly adept at meeting the training and capacity development challenges of any agency, ministry, company or non-governmental agency sending staff overseas and/or
working in international development.

Our training services include:
- Design, delivery and evaluation of education and learning programs on intercultural issues and specialized topics in international development.
- Conducting needs assessments (including focus groups and field interventions).
- Facilitating strategic planning sessions.
- Coordinating the logistics of a workshop, conference, seminar or training program.
