Anne Gilhooly

Anne has a Masters degree in English Linguistics and a diploma in Teaching English as a Second Language. She has a long career in teaching English, primarily overseas in Oman and Sudan, where she taught general and academic English. She has also traveled to the Far East, Africa and Europe. She makes use of her different cultural experiences while teaching on the LINC program and enjoys facilitating the English language learning of her students in the multilingual classroom. Outside the classroom, she enjoys being a "soccer mom", and, when time allows, she likes to relax by practicing yoga, taking long walks, reading good books and listening to world music.
