Susan obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Exeter, England, in French and Spanish and has a certificate in the Teaching of English as a Second Language from Carleton. She taught high school French in England and ESL in Europe. She has worked for the Ottawa Carleton Catholic School Board for 12 years as an ESL instructor, teaching all levels including TOEFL preparation. After joining Graybridge Malkam six years ago to teach Business English courses at Nortel, Susan continues to function in this capacity for Graybridge Malkam in various high tech companies in the region.
