| Graybridge Malkam offers learning interventions that help prepare individuals
for living and working abroad. Programs can be offered through one-on-one coaching interventions for employees and their family members, and/or as a group workshop for teams. |
| Pre-Departure Briefing |

- Identify fundamental differences between cultures.
- Learn strategies for overcoming communication barriers.

- Learn about the repatriation process.

- Debrief the international experience and draw from lessons learned.
- Be able to modify expectations for re-integrating in one’s home culture.
