Kelly Eastlake
Learning Specialist

Kelly Eastlake has been designing and facilitating relevant and insightful training programs since 1993, for community groups, non-government organizations and the private sector. She has been with Graybridge Malkam since 2002. Kelly’s facilitation style encourages clients to acquire tangible, reliable tools that are readily applied to their every day experiences. Her areas of expertise include intercultural effectiveness, client service and communication, diversity, team dynamics and facilitating critical incidents.

Kelly currently facilitates intercultural effectiveness workshops for pre-departure, repatriation debriefings, foreign professionals working with Canadians, gender awareness in project reporting and also trains multi-cultural groups in becoming effective facilitators. Some of the organizations Kelly has facilitated and designed programs for include CIBC, Seneca College, Defence Construction Canada, Médecins Sans Frontières, Centre for Disease Control, Action Canada, CANADEM and Canadian Crossroads International.

Kelly has studied in Austria, England and France and volunteered in the Côte d’Ivoire. She has also lived in the former Soviet Union. She speaks English and French. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in international politics from Trent University and a Diploma in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier.
