Sally McLean Based in Vancouver, Sally McLean has worked in the design, delivery and evaluation of intercultural effectiveness training interventions since 1981 and has been an associate of Graybridge Malkam since 1999.

Sally is an intercultural training specialist with experience in Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe, as well as with diverse groups in Canada. She has extensive experience working with both private and public sector clients and has designed and implemented intercultural training programs for North Americans working overseas, for professionals from other countries who come to Canada to work or study, and for North Americans working in multicultural milieux. Since 1999, Sally has been Graybridge Malkam's lead facilitator for intercultural effectiveness interventions for federal government clients.

Sally is an advisor to the Certificate in Intercultural Studies program at the University of British Columbia, and teaches in their professional development courses, both online and face-to-face. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Western Ontario, post-graduate training in adult education from Toronto, Carleton and St. Francis Xavier Universities, and a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies from Simon Fraser University.
