 |
| Q. How can I pay my fees? |
| Your comfort and security are most important to us. Rather than have one policy that fits all circumstances, we will work with you to ensure payment
is received in the way that is best for you. Simply contact us to make arrangements. To make things easier, all funds are in U.S. dollars. |
 |
| Q. Is there a deposit fee? |
| After the initial correspondence and once you have decided to register, we will make arrangements for a US $500 deposit. If, for some reason, you need to cancel more than
90 days in advance of the start date, you will receive a full refund. Shorter notice, between 30–90 days, will result in a $100 administration charge. There are no deposit refunds if you cancel
within the 30 days prior to the start of the program. |
 |
| Q. What is your facility like? |
| Unlike some of our competitors, our facilities are not fashioned from an old elementary or high school. Our main site is located on the second floor of a shopping mall with
easy access to transportation, shopping, and free parking. We have modern, state-of-the-art equipment that includes computers with current operating systems and software. We have a food court on site,
along with banking, video-rental and clothing stores. |
 |
| Q. Do I need a visa? |
| Yes. As part of our pre-departure service, our language coordinator will help you take all the steps necessary to obtain a visa prior to your departure for Canada. Please
allow a minimum of six weeks to process the documents. |
 |
| Q. Do I have to stay in a home-stay environment? |
| While we do recommend a home-stay environment because we believe that it is the best environment in which to practice your new language skills, you may
choose alternate accommodations. Other alternatives include making your own arrangements for housing, staying in a university residence or staying in a hotel. |
